Many of the items we list are used. When we list a NEW item it is stated as such.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! We will gladly exchange your product for another of equal or lesser value or give you merchandise credit towards an item of greater value or towards a future purchase. Under some circumstances we may issue a refund for all or part of the purchase price which may or may not include postage. Please contact us before attempting to return an item. We reserve the right to refuse any return and no credit/refund will be given for any unauthorized return.
